Manora island is one of beautiful beach of Pakistan and it is locate near few mile away from Karachi city, this island is also under the Navy force (Headquarter). It is famous for sea food and many other attractions.
Me and my friends from University Qadeer Khan and Omer Alvi decide to visit this beautiful beach, so after the university class we went through bike and reached to Kemari Port and parked the bike in parking area. Took the boat service because this is the shortest way to reach the Manora Beach and it was one of nice experience to site in boat, now we reach to Manora Island and in front of us we have KPT Service Center and Navel base, from this point we covered more distance then we finally reach to beach.
On Manora island we have vary rich history of religious point of view like on Manora Island we saw Hindu mandir (Varun Dev) for Hindu community, Church (St.Paul’s) for Christen community , on Manora Island we saw old watch tower in past time this watch tower helps the vessels to navigate the big ships and then we visited Shirne of Hazart Yousuf Shah, Mosque for Muslims and Temple (Sri Guru Nank Darbar) for Sikh community. Moreover on this Island we saw different goods shops for the residential people of island as well.
We all three did the photography and drank the cold drink and had fun in sea water and we can’t live without this after some enjoyment we went back Kemari Port by boat and decided to eat the fish fry, we were feeling hungry fish was delicious.
Usually we go on this island by mini boats its take 20 min to reached this island and its ferry rates at that time was 100 rupees for elders and for children’s ferry rate is 40 rupees. Now we have excess to go on this island by road.
